MEMBERSHIP

While you can attend and serve on a regular basis without being a member, our desire is for each person to choose to commit to the church.  Membership does not get you too heaven or even get you a better deal on anything.  But it does let us know that we can count on each other.

Covenant Partnership Pledge

Membership in a local congregation indicates a covenant commitment to an ongoing relationship of accountability to those within our faith community, as we learn how to belong and what to believe on our way to becoming a new creation.
Through the power of the Holy Spirit, I pledge to:

• Do all I can to help keep the local church in unity for the sake of the gospel.
• Be faithful to my church family, even during the difficult times.
• Treat members, leaders, and others at the church with ethical kindness and respect.
• Serve the needs of the church and not my own preferences.
• Pray for strength and wisdom for my pastor, as s/he cannot do all things by themselves.
• Be faithful in my contributions, my worship, and my service to the church.
